Structure


Integrated pharmaceutical storage tank, metering pump unit, online dilution module (static mixer), water quality sensor (pH/turbidity), PLC control cabinet and touch screen, with a modular design.


Function


Multi agent collaborative dosing (such as PAC+PAM), supporting concentration adjustment, flow rate adaptation, and remote monitoring.


Working Principle


Dynamic adjustment: Sensors monitor water quality in real-time and provide feedback to the PLC to adjust pump frequency and dilution ratio.

Online dilution: The concentrated drug solution is diluted with water in proportion to the target concentration through a static mixer.

Safety interlock: low liquid level pump stop, pipeline blockage alarm.
